PRIVACY NOTICE · UPDATED 3 NOVEMBER 2026
How we handle your enquiries.
SaintIcon Design Productions respects your privacy. This notice explains what happens when you contact us through our website, by email or on WhatsApp.
Who receives your information
SaintIcon Design Productions receives project enquiries at tidysignalstudio@gmail.com. You can also call 07459 443921.
What we collect
If you submit an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, service selection and message you provide. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we may receive the contact details and messages you share.
Why we use it
We use your contact information to answer questions, discuss your project, prepare quotations and, where relevant, arrange requested services. We do not use your enquiry details for unrelated marketing without an appropriate lawful basis.
How enquiries are delivered
Our contact forms use the third-party service FormSubmit to forward messages to our business inbox. FormSubmit may temporarily process and retain enquiry submissions as explained in its own documentation and privacy information. Our email provider also stores messages. If you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own privacy practices apply.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiries to respond to your request, take steps towards a potential contract, and pursue our legitimate interest in operating the studio. We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle your enquiry and any related project or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or object to certain processing. Contact tidysignalstudio@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
